1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and using the services of Guss's Auto Service & Repair, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Estimates & Authorization

All repair estimates are based on initial inspections. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. No major work will be performed without your consent.

3. Warranty

We take pride in our work. Unless otherwise specified, our repairs are covered by a limited warranty on labor and parts (subject to manufacturer terms). Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by neglect or external factors.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services and vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.

5. Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. However, Guss's Auto Service & Repair is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.

6. Parts Policy

We use high-quality replacement parts. In some cases, we may offer options for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or aftermarket parts depending on availability and your preference.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
